Checklist

Ensure that:

• the channel list was installed on the TV (no set-top box is used).

• the software of the TV is up-to-date.

Answer

The broadcast provider does not allow to reorder the predefined channel list. It is recommended to use the “Favourites list” option of the TV to create a channel list in the order of preference.

1. Create a favourites list:

Note: If a favourite list already exists, please proceed with step 2: “Reorder the favourites list”.

• Press the “Home”  button on the remote control to open the menu.

• Select [Channel] and press “OK” on the remote control.

• Select [Channel Edit] and press “OK”.

• Highlight a channel that should be added to the favorite list.

•  Press the “Yellow”  button on the remote control for around 3 seconds while the channel is highlighted, until a heart icon is displayed next to the favorite channel in the list.

• Repeat the process until all the channels that should be in the favourite list are marked with the heart icon.

• Press the “Exit” button on the remote control to close the menu.

2. Reorder the favourite list:

• While a TV channel is tuned, press the "List" button on the remote control to open the Channel List.

• Press the “Left”/”Right” cursors on the remote control to scroll through the available channel lists and select the “Favourite List”, which displays the favourite channels previously selected.

Note: The entries on the favourite list will have inherited the channel position of the main channel list.

• Highlight the channel that should be moved and press the “Yellow” button on the remote control to select it (do not keep it pressed).

• Move the cursor to the position where the channel should be inserted.

• Press the “Yellow” button again to confirm the position.

• The channel will be inserted in the selected position.

• Repeat these steps with all the channels that need to be reorganized.

Attention: If a channel that is marked as a favourite is moved again in the main channel list, the altered position within the main channel list will be reflected in the favourite list accordingly.

Note: While the favourite list is selected as the active channel list, CH+/CH- will only cycle

through the favourite channels.

The direct entry of a channel position via the numeral keyboard that is not part of the favourite list will bring up the desired channel instead. However, if CH+/CH- is pressed afterwards, the tuner will jump back to the favourite list again (to the next available favourite channel position).

Situation

Channels are placed inconveniently in the installed channel list, therefore the order of channels on the TV needs to be changed.
