Situation
After installing an update, a message keeps appearing that new software is available.

Checklist
Ensure that:
• The software is up to date and successfully installed

Answer
To keep the software update messages from appearing, follow these steps:

1. Update the TV once more
Press “OK” on the remote and follow the onscreen instructions shown to update the software again

2. Reinstall the television
To reinstall all the functions of the television press the “Home” button on the remote of the television and select one of the following depending on the model:
• [Setup] > [TV settings] > [General settings] > [Reinstall TV]
• [Setup] > [TV settings] > [Reinstall TV]

NOTE: The installation may take a few minutes. Follow the instructions on the screen
